We offer a beautiful and spacious (90sqm ~= 1000 sq feet) holiday apartment for daily or weekly rental right in the center of Berlin.
The apartment has two separate bedrooms and a big and comfortable living room with TV. It sleeps up to six guests.
Casa Viktoria has a fully equipped kitchen, a luxory bathroom (underfloor-heating, shower and bathtub), a balcony and a free DSL WLAN connection.
This more than 100 years old family-owned place is a "must-see" on its own featuring 11.5 f high ceilings and amazing antique hardwood floors.
It is absolutely clean and perfectly modernized while the grandeur of the "old Berlin" has been carefully preserved.
Casa Viktoria is located in a quiet little street in a wonderful area (near Marheinekeplatz/Bergmannstr) with lots of great restaurants from all over the world, Cafes, bars and a beautiful park overlooking the city. The excellent public transport brings you to most tourist areas in just 15-20 minutes.
This part of Kreuzberg is a very safe living area and the beautiful Viktoria park is right across the street.
The apartment costs €89 for one person, €99 for two people, €109 for three, €119 for four persons etc. (plus €10 per extra guest). It is possible to arrange for up to 6 guests if required (the living room offers a comfortable extra sleeping sofa).
We charge a one-time cleaning fee of €30 for up to two and €40 for more than two guests.
Bed sheets, towels, free WiFi internet access, taxes etc are included.
We offer discounts for weekly and monthly rental.
