Fourth floor, Hinterhaus. No elevator. Spacious. Very sunny: orientation East and West; balcony on the East side. Absolutely quiet.
The apartment has one bedroom (double bed); a second large room that can be used as bedroom or as study/library; a living/dining room; a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), and two bathrooms (separate shower and bathtub, washing machine in one of them). Fully furnished.
This apartment is ideal for one or two persons (couple or not), though it could accommodate three people, or eventually a couple with a child.
Smoking and pets not allowed.

Location: Wilmersdorf, Holsteinischestrasse, close to Güntzelstr. (“Güntzelkietz”), optimally connected to the city and to both Tegel and Schönefeld airports. It is a 5-minute walk to three different UBahn stations:
- Hohenzollernplatz (U3): direct line to Dahlem-Dorf and Thielplatz (ca. 30 mins. door to door to Freie Universität and Max Planck Institutes in Dahlem)
- Güntzelstrasse (U9, a North-South line)
- Blissestrasse (U7), towards Charlottenburg, and towards Schöneberg and Kreuzberg. Direct connection to the airport buses (door to door ca. 30 mins. to Tegel, one hour to Schönefeld)
Good connections to Freie Universität, Max Planck Institutes for History of Science and for Human Development, Technische Universität, Akademie der Künste, Humboldt Universität.
Ca. 30 minutes by bike to Dahlem (bike paths all along).
The apartment is a few minutes walk from several supermarkets with a broad price range. Excellent bakeries, as well as fine wine and food stores are in the immediate neighborhood. There are a few nice cafés and restaurants very close; more can be found a bit further away on Viktoria-Luise Platz towards the East, as well as on Ludwigkirchplatz and along Fasanenstrasse (both minutes away on foot toward Kurfürstendamm). An open marketplace with fresh produce is set up on Wednesday and Saturday mornings at Hohenzollernplatz. There is a children’s playground across the street and another one nearby on Nikolsburgerplatz. The larger Volkspark is close by (good for walks and jogging). Flea market at Fehrbellinerplatz on Saturdays and Sundays.
The apartment is ten minutes on foot to the Elixia health club in Pragerplatz, which has numerous facilities, including a 25 m. (ca. 82 ft) swimming pool, and allows monthly memberships.
