LE BON is looking for an EXPERIENCED brunch chef to join the team.
We are looking for somebody who is capable of all three stations in our kitchen (hot, cold, pass) and potentially be able to take over responsibility and lead the kitchen team through prep and busy services in the near future.
Everything we do is homemade, so experience with baking breads and brunch essentials like sauce hollandaise would be a plus.
The position is for 3-4 shifts a week (9-17 Uhr during the week, 9-18Uhr on weekends), weekend availability a must. Amount of shifts can be adjusted for the right person tho.
To trigger the creative side of yours: We are about to work on a new brunch menu and would love to include the new person in this process.
We are very busy, so please expect a fast paste environment that requires quite hard work. But the team, the customers, and the product we serve is making everything worth it. Not to mention fair pay and excellent tips... Check it out yourself!
