Our focus is on honest, homemade food, good coffee and a relaxed atmosphere inspired by brunch culture with a French touch.
We are looking for a Head Barista / Bar Supervisor to take responsibility for the bar and help maintain smooth and high-quality service during our busy brunch shifts.
What We Offer
35 hours per week across four days
Daytime shifts only
Salary: 16 € gross per hour + shared tips

Responsibilities
Preparing espresso-based drinks and other beverages (coffee, smoothies, fresh juices and brunch cocktails)
Ensuring consistent drink quality during busy services
Responsible for the overall organization and upkeep of the bar
Managing bar preparations and mise en place before service
Monitoring bar stock and placing orders for coffee, milk, juices and other supplies
Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene standards and proper organization of the bar area
Ensuring that drink recipes and preparation standards are respected by all bar staff
Supporting the team to maintain a smooth and efficient service flow
What We Are Looking For
Experience working in a coffee shop or brunch café
Good espresso and milk steaming skills
Strong organization and ability to work efficiently during rush hours
A proactive mindset and sense of responsibility
A team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
Requirements
At least two years of experience as a barista or in a similar role
Legal authorization to work in Germany
Good English level
Basic German skills (enough to communicate with the team and customers)
Availability to work weekends
