At VEG’D, we’re passionate about making vegan food just as delicious and desirable as the non-vegan alternative — while saving resources, preventing animal suffering, and making the world a little better. And yes, we love having fun while doing it!
We already run 3 successful locations in Friedrichshain, Prenzlauer Berg, and Neukölln. Now we’re looking for a new Kitchen & Service Team Member for our newest store in Schöneberg.
🧑🍳 Your responsibilities:
- Preparing ingredients
- Cooking and assembling dishes
- Ordering ingredients, packaging, beverages, and supplies
- Serving and assisting customers
- Coordinating incoming orders (incl. delivery platforms)
- Keeping the workspace clean and organized
- If applicable: guiding and training team members
✅ Your Profile
- gastronomy experience (is a plus)
- Experience with burgers is a plus
- Willing to work evenings and weekends
- Friendly and team-oriented attitude
- Able to work fast, clean, and precise
- Very good English required (German is a plus)
- Comfortable using digital tools (POS systems, delivery apps, etc.)
- Ideally living near one of our locations
Quality and standards:
- Ensuring cleanliness of kitchen and store
- Controlling and maintaining hygiene standards
- Keeping workspaces clean and organized
- Quality control & continuous improvement
- Monitoring product consistency and guest satisfaction
👀 Who you are:
- Ggastronomy background (management experience is a plus)
- Confident leading a team
- Structured, organized and solution-oriented
- Hands-on mentality - you’re not above any task
- Comfortable with numbers, ordering & planning
- Very good English required (German is a plus)
- Experienced with POS systems and digital tools
- Calm under pressure
