Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic Neapolitan pizzas using traditional methods and high-quality ingredients.
Operate and maintain a wood-fired pizza oven, ensuring pizzas are cooked to perfection.
Ensure dough preparation, fermentation, and stretching are done according to traditional Neapolitan standards.
Work closely with management to maintain and update the pizza menu with seasonal and innovative offerings.
Monitor inventory and manage ordering to ensure fresh, high-quality ingredients while minimizing waste.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, preferably in a Neapolitan or Italian pizzeria.
Expertise in dough preparation, fermentation, and stretching techniques.
Knowledge of traditional Neapolitan ingredients and cooking techniques.
Passion for Italian food and culture, with a commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
