We already run 3 successful locations in Friedrichshain, Prenzlauer Berg, and Neukölln. Now we’re looking for a new store manager for our newest store in Schöneberg.
🔥 Your role as hands-on manager
Operations & kitchen:
- Preparation of ingredients
- Cooking and assembling dishes
- Optimizing kitchen and store workflows
- Ordering ingredients, packaging, beverages & supplies
- Coordinating orders (walk-in + delivery platforms)
Team leadership:
- Guiding and training team members
- Creating shift schedules
- Building a strong, motivated team culture
- Leading by example during busy service
Quality & standards:
- Ensuring cleanliness of kitchen and store
- Controlling and maintaining hygiene standards
- Keeping workspaces clean and organized
- Quality control & continuous improvement
- Monitoring product consistency and guest satisfaction
👀 Who you are:
- Ggastronomy background (management experience is a plus)
- Confident leading a team
- Structured, organized & solution-oriented
- Hands-on mentality - you’re not above any task
- Comfortable with numbers, ordering & planning
- Very good English required (German is a plus)
- Experienced with POS systems & digital tools
- Calm under pressure
