Would you like a safe space in which to talk through an emotional conflict or a potential turning point in your life? Are you unsure about which path to take?
I can support you with
- life changes
- clarification of personal goals
- self-care, for example for people working in social professions
- grief, loss, reorientation (if no psychotherapy is required)
The structure of the meeting will be as follows: I will first let you speak, without interrupting. When you have finished, I will ask you questions about your topic, about your needs and goals, about how you would like your life to change, about your feelings and about your potential and what could help you.
A life coach will not give any advice or tell you what you should do – my role is to offer a space, to actively listen and to support you in finding your own answers. As an ICF-certified coach, I adhere to the ethical principles of the Coaching Federation. This includes, among other things, confidentiality.
Please note that coaching is not psychotherapy. In case of mental health issues, such as depression, a life coach is not the right person to help. If it turns out during our work that another form of support would be better suited to your needs, I will be happy to point you in the right direction.
Also, I do not offer sexual services in any form.
Meetings will take place online. It is also possible to meet in one of the Berlin parks and go for a walk we speak.
I have a sliding pay scale in order to make life coaching affordable for people with different financial means.
If you are interested, the first step is to arrange a short, free preliminary consultation (approx. 20 minutes). Ideally, this will take place online. The aim of the first meeting is to find out together whether life coaching is suitable for your topic(s) and whether you would like to continue with me.
I am female, in my fifties and an ICF certified life coach (ACC). In my other job, I am a German language coach.
