I sublet a furnished 13 sqm room in my two-bedroom flat at Warschauer Straße from May 27 to June 7th for 60 EUR/night or 450 EUR for the whole time.
The room is fully equipped with a 140*200 bed, a desk, an armchair, a nice shelf with a lot of space, etc. A balcony accessible from this room will be built in the following months. The apartment is amazing: Very bright, in the 4th floor, with high ceilings, wooden floor, a traditional 1890s Berlin Block, Hinterhaus (back house), so it is very quiet. There is a lot of light. The apartment is completely furnished and freshly renovated. There is a 12m² kitchen with dishwasher, portafilta espresso machine, microwave, and washing machine. Internet as well, of course. The price covers all costs, there are no additional charges.
You would be living with me, a cis gay white German academic (social philosophy), mid 30s.
The area is incredible: Directly on Warschauer Straße (and still super quiet), between S-Bahn Warschauer Straße and U-Bahn Frankfurter Tor, where many bus and train lines take you everywhere quickly. However, you will probably not use that too often, as Friedrichshain is exactly the place to be: many bars, coffee shops, great and cheap food, clubs. Berghain is literally just around the corner.
There is a deposit of 600 EUR.

Two people are generally possible, but cost 80 EUR/night.
