Our residential area near Insulaner is pleasantly quiet and surrounded by lots of greenery.
The attic 38 square meters, newly renovated for April, offers a cozy room furnished with a bookshelf, a bed, and a chest of drawers. It is connected to an open area (open space) where you will have access to a wardrobe and a desk.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared. A washing machine can be used by arrangement.
The Kottesteig bus stop is only about a 4-minute walk away, and the Priesterweg S-Bahn station can be reached in approximately 8 minutes on foot.
There is also a sweet and affectionate cat living in our household/garden, so we especially welcome cat-friendly roommates.
A bicycle is available for use upon request.
