Hello, my name is Cole, and I'm an American freelancer living here in Berlin for about 4 years now. Most of the year I earn my living as a tour guide, however as you can imaging Berlin is not a hotbed of tourist activity in the winter time, so I'm always interested in making a few extra bucks to get through the cold months.
What can I do? Most anything, really. I've worked professionally as a waiter, factory worker, cook, salesman, janitor and a whole host of other things. I do a lot of proofreading and editing work, and I've worked part time in carpentry companies, packing plants and many other places. I have a bit of experience in most everything, is what I'm trying to say, so if you either have a days work, or a recurring task that needs done, I'm your guy.
Maybe you just need someone to skype/hang out with to practice your English with; that's fine. I also speak German at a conversational level, so if I need to work with people who speak German, that's not an issue. I'm young and in passable shape, so if you just need some heavy boxes moved, I've got you covered. Maybe you need someone to paint a picture of your cat...well, I can't paint, but I'll give it an honest try.
Most importantly, yes, I can legally work in Germany. I have a tax number and everything, so if you need me to write you an invoice, I absolutely can. As for actual working rates, well it totally depends on the job itself, and how far/often I have to travel for the job. So basically if you have something you need done, send me an message, and we can work out the details from there.
