Einbar Brauerei was founded by three friends in 2018 because we wanted to share our love and passion for excellent beer with the people of Berlin. We also believed we could raise the bar. Fast forward to today and we have a 8 Hectoliter Brewery in the heart of the city. But we aren’t just about beer; the responsibility of educating others about our products and our processes is something we welcome with open arms. We are proud of what we have built, and we want to continue to share our knowledge of beer, create the best products we can, and to support our local community.
We brew all of our beers at our microbrewery in Berlin, and currently self-distribute to a handful of bars and restaurants around the city, as well as serve at local events. We are also in the early stages of distributing outside of Berlin.
We are currently seeking a motivated, ambitious and friendly Sales Representative to join our small, but mighty team in Berlin, helping to expand our growing list of clients while executing target revenues, necessary for our growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES (Not limited to)
Work closely with our small team to ensure a clear understanding of our product and our target market
Meet and maintain quarterly sales goals
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with clients in Berlin and beyond
Ensure that the brewery’s quality standards are clearly understood and enforced by distributors and retailers
Communicate market trends and relevant sales data to brewery staff, marketing and events team, as well as distribution partners
Utilize Customer Relationship Management system to input daily activity, as well as weekly and monthly summaries
Use distributor data and reporting tools to identify opportunities for new or expanded distribution, lost sales, incremental volume increases, and other business insights
Maintain an understanding of all legal restrictions regarding products in each market, and ensure all initiatives are executed within those limitations
Attend all brewery sales team meetings (as required)
Help create and execute promotions
Performs other related duties as required or assigned
Minimum 3 years experience in Sales
Knowledge of the craft beer and the beer industry, specifically the German market.
Self-motivated, well organized, reliable
At least C1 English / C1 German Language Proficiency (or equivalent)
Able to work flexible hours (weekends and extended workdays are often necessary)
Driver’s license and be able to travel within assigned territory (Primarily Berlin and greater Germany)
Experience using a Customer Relationship Management tool or equivalent
Knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft Suite
