Hi, we’re Toni and Family and are subletting our beautiful and spacious (1150 SqFt = 107 sqm) 4 room-apartment for 3 weeks from 28. July till 16. August. The apartment consists of one large livingroom, one large bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm king size bed, one small bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm king size bed, a dining room, a fully furnished kitchen (incl. Rancilio Silva Espresso Machine, Thermomix & Dishwasher), a bathroom (incl. bathtub & washing machine) and a separate guest toilet. The large bedroom is also perfect for Kids as normally our 3 year old lives here. If necessary a baby bed can be provided as well. It’s perfect for a couple, a family or up to 4 adults.

The apartment lies on the 2nd floor. It's located towards a quiet street in the really nice Bergmannkiez-neighborhood in Berlin Kreuzberg. In walking distance you’ll find the Landwehrkanal, the Gleisdreieckpark, Tempelhofer Feld & Hasenheide and lots of nice Restaurants, Bars and a Cinema. The U7 (Gneisenaustraße), U6/U7 (Mehringdamm) and U1/U6 (Hallesches Tor) are only a few minutes walk.

Normally also our two cats are living in the apartment. They won’t be around at the time and of course we’ll clean the apartment but still it might not be the right choice for somebody with allergies. We will make sure to provide some space for your belongings but as we are living in the apartment regularly most of the closets and shelfs will be filled.

The total price is €1.900,- for the whole period and includes wireless internet, electricity, bed linen and towels.
The full rent has to get payed in advance. For safety reasons we will charge a deposit of €1.000,- which gets returned at your check out.
