The flat is located on the 4th floor of an Art Deco Building from the beginning of the 20th century, and offers a lift.
It's located in one of the most sought-after districts in Berlin - the Helmholtzplatz-neighborhood in Prenzlauer Berg. In walking distance you’ll find plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, bakeries, a Michelin-Star restaurant, the coolest playgrounds in town, supermarkets and the lovely weekly Kollwitzmarket. We offer to rent out the flat for the entire time of 6 weeks for 4600€. The price includes wireless internet, electricity, bed linen and towels.
50% of the rent has to get payed in advance. For safety reasons we will charge a deposit of €1.500,- which gets returned at your check out. We ask for a cleaning fee of 120€.
We have a few easy going plants we would like you to take care while we are away. Please leave only serious requests and we would welcome to get a little bit to know about you. Optionally, we can Videochat to give you a little tour and answer your questions.
Short haired dogs are welcome. No cats (because of allergies), Non-Smokers.
If you want to stay only 2 to 3 weeks, we are happy to hear your offering.
