We are a daycare provider with seven centers in Berlin. We combine nature-oriented urban education with participation and interculturality. As a team, we work according to the Situational Approach and offer various care and educational programs based on the Berlin Education Program. We understand cooperation with parents as a respectful educational partnership.
We are looking to strengthen our team in Karl-Marx-Allee. The daycare center is licensed for 23 children. We are looking for someone with the following qualities:
Appreciative and mindful approach to working with children
Motivated and responsible working style
Native English speaker with at least B2 level German - Native Speaker other languages C1 level German
Experience working in daycare settings
