We're a vibrant and growing restaurant located in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, known for our seasonal cuisine, relaxed atmosphere, and strong team spirit. We're currently looking for an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen crew and help us continue delivering exceptional food and service.

What you bring:
⁃ Solid experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis ready to step up
⁃ Passion for quality ingredients, clean execution, and teamwork
⁃ Reliability, commitment, and a hands-on mentality
⁃ A good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
⁃ A calm and positive attitude, even in busy services
⁃ Ideally some knowledge of German or English
What your role will include:
⁃ Working as a key part of our kitchen brigade
⁃ Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily prep and service
⁃ Taking ownership of your section
⁃ Helping with inventory and kitchen organization
⁃ Contributing to a culture of respect, collaboration, and excellence
