Gelato Maker Wanted – Help Build a New Concept (Berlin)

Our background is in business, operations, and growth—we’re focused on building a solid, well-structured company from day one. What we’re currently missing is a gelato maker/operator who wants to be part of this journey early on.
We’re not just looking for someone to “work in a shop.”
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has hands-on experience making gelato (professional or strong artisanal background)
- Cares deeply about product quality and consistency
- Is excited about building something from scratch, not just joining an existing business
- Would like to contributed product development, setup, and future scaling
- Ideally has an entrepreneurial mindset and is open to growing with the business
At this stage, we’re looking to connect, exchange ideas, and explore whether there’s a strong fit—both on a professional and personal level.
