We are seeking an experienced **Head Baker** to lead our bakery team and take ownership of the daily production of our handcrafted products.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience as a baker, preferably in a leadership role
* Strong expertise in **sourdough breads** and **laminated pastries**
* Passion for artisanal baking and high-quality ingredients
* Ability to manage and motivate a production team
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Must be currently living in Berlin and legally eligible to work in Germany
### Your responsibilities:
* Leading and supervising the bakery team
* Managing daily production and quality control
* Developing and maintaining recipes and production standards
* Training and mentoring team members
* Ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to hygiene standards
