Proven experience as a chef in an Italian or Neapolitan kitchen at least 5 years (A-MUST)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation and cooking of authentic Italian dishes
Develop and execute seasonal menus featuring traditional dishes inspired by the cuisine of Naples and Italy.
Collaborate with management to maintain and update the menu, using fresh, locally sourced, and imported Italian ingredients.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen at all times.
Monitor inventory and manage ordering to ensure a well-stocked kitchen while minimizing waste.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a chef in an Italian or Neapolitan kitchen (A-MUST)
Deep understanding of traditional Italian ingredients, recipes, and cooking techniques, with a strong focus on Neapolitan cuisine.
Passion for Italian food and culture, with a commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
