To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Location Assistant (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible, who will drive our growth forward with passion, organisational talent and an eye for cleanliness and detail.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing/setting up rooms for upcoming events (e.g. rearranging furniture, checking technical equipment, decorating)
- Filling and stocking refrigerators with beverages
- Returning and rearranging furniture after events
- Supporting the Location Manager in day-to-day operations (e.g. running small errands, general assistance)
- Tidying and cleaning the event areas before and after events
- Cleaning surfaces (e.g. tables, counters, shelves)
- Washing dishes at daytime and evening events
- Putting away clean dishes and cutlery
Requirements:
- Reliability and care in handling work materials and inventory
- Manual skills and ability to transport heavy objects
- Friendly and service-oriented manner
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends)
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Experience in the event sector or catering is an advantage, but not essential
