We are looking for an experienced Barista to complement our front of house team.
Ideally you have/are:
- 2+ years experience with Specialty Coffee
- Confidence in managing, extraction, steaming milk and maintaining work flows
- Service and teamwork oriented
- Passionate about customer service
- Motivated and responsible
- Weekend availability
Contract: Part-time (2-4 shifts per week)

At ATELIER DOUGH, traditional French craftsmanship meets culinary modernity. Our organic doughnuts are carefully handcrafted from the highest quality ingredients, with deep respect for artisan production. We work exclusively with primary ingredients—flour, sugar, salt—while everything else, from marshmallows to fillings, is freshly made in-house.
To complement our doughnuts, we take just as much care with what’s in the cup. We serve specialty coffee, currently sourced from Populus, and regularly feature guest roasters from exceptional small roasteries across Europe. Alongside coffee, we offer outstanding teas by Companion Tea, chosen with the same attention to quality and provenance.
We’re looking for a barista who shares our passion for craft, quality, and hospitality. Whether you’re at the beginning of your barista journey or a seasoned professional, ATELIER DOUGH offers an environment where you can continue to learn, refine your skills, and deepen your understanding of coffee. We host in-house cuppings, work with a rotating selection of beans, and encourage curiosity and growth behind the bar.
