What you bring:
⁃ Experience as a Pastry Chef or strong experience as a Pastry Commis ready to take the next step
⁃ A passion for high-quality ingredients, precise execution, and consistency
⁃ Reliability, commitment, and a hands-on, organized working style
⁃ Solid knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, and dessert preparation
⁃ A good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
⁃ A calm, positive attitude, even during busy services
⁃ Ideally, some knowledge of German or English
What your role will include:
⁃ Taking responsibility for the pastry and dessert section
⁃ Preparing and executing desserts for service with accuracy and care
⁃ Collaborating with the Head Chef and kitchen team on menu development
⁃ Managing mise en place, inventory, and organization of the pastry section
⁃ Contributing to a respectful, collaborative, and creative kitchen culture
