We are looking for a motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team and help ensure smooth daily operations, excellent customer experience, and strong team coordination.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth service flow
Lead, motivate, and support service staff during shifts
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues professionally
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient operations
Monitor cleanliness, setup, and overall presentation of the venue
Assist in staff training, scheduling, and shift planning
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards
Actively support and encourage upselling to increase sales and enhance guest experience
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role (hospitality / restaurant / café)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Basic understanding of operations, inventory, and team management
