we are two colleagues and both work as receptionists in permanent positions. We are currently looking together for a 2–3-room apartment in Berlin where we can stay long term.
We are quiet and reliable tenants, treat living spaces with care, and value a straightforward and respectful tenancy.
Our household also includes three calm indoor cats that are used to apartment living.
Ideally, we are looking for an apartment of around 60–70 m². We can of course provide a SCHUFA report, proof of income, and any other necessary documents.
