ONLY applications who confirm they have or have applied for the following documents will be considered/contacted:
1. Betriebswirtschaftliche Auswertung (BWA) der letzten 2 Jahre (sofern Sie bereits selbstständig sind) oder Einkommensnachweise der letzten 3 Monate (bei Angestellten).
2. Aktuelle SCHUFA-Bonitätsauskunft (nicht älter als 3 Monate).
3. Kopie des Personalausweises oder Reisepasses.
4. Führungszeugnis (Belegart N) und/oder Gewerbezentralregisterauszug (Belegart 9).
5. Aussagekräftiges Business-Konzept (inkl. grobem Menüplan und geplanten Öffnungszeiten).
6. Gewerbeanmeldung (falls bereits eine bestehende Gesellschaft vorhanden ist).
7. Gültiger Aufenthaltstitel / Visum mit der Erlaubnis zur selbstständigen Erwerbstätigkeit (falls zutreffend).
8. Eigenkapitalnachweis / Finanzierungsbestätigung (als Nachweis für die Mietkaution und die vereinbarte Inventar-Ablösesumme).
9. Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung des aktuellen Vermieters.
