In my current HR Business Partner role, I work closely with global stakeholders and serve as the first point of contact for HR matters, HR controlling topics, tool implementation, training initiatives, and client-facing communication. I take pride in addressing concerns respectfully, offering reliable solutions, and communicating with clarity and professionalism.
Working in an international environment has always inspired me. The diversity of cultures, mindsets, and perspectives enriches teamwork and drives meaningful results. My experience as a mentor, trainer, and teacher has taught me to approach people with empathy, curiosity, and an open mind. Even today, I see myself as both coach and referee ensuring clients and colleagues feel supported, understood, and well-served.
I consider myself a diligent, creative, and adaptable individual. My travels for work and leisure have broadened my worldview and strengthened my ability to communicate and connect with people from all backgrounds.
