My room is available for almost 4 weeks. The flat is located on the 5th floor just inside the area of Weserstraße, surrounded by great bars, cafés, supermarkets and hipster-spätis, yet traffic is hardly heard from here. The room has a huge window throwing good amounts of light. It's got a bed, desk, sofa, pseudo artsy posters on the wall. Other than that, the apartment has everything an apartment can offer. Huge living room, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher! about 3 ways to make coffee!), bathroom (tub!), washing machine, a balcony which is a constant source of merriment when the weather's nice, but also provides a nice view from the living room, separated by glass.
You would be sharing the apartment with Rita and Andy, 2 creative and super friendly people from Hungary and the US.
The rent includes everything: internet, electricity, central heating. There's a deposit of 200€ because of some valuable stuff around.
