This project is right for you if you:
- regularly travel to Berlin for work or leisure and fancy a second home instead of staying in a hotel or Airbnb,
- are looking for a second apartment without registration,
- are reliable, easy-going, and open to communal living and contributing to the project,
- can commit to the project for at least 6 months, at least 7 days per month (better 10-14),
- are not afraid of Hermannplatz, don't smoke, and don't bring any pets
We offer:
- a beautiful, bright 2-room apartment (72 sq m) in the front building of a period property with a connecting room, bathtub, hallways, and a shared balcony,
- during your stay, the entire apartment is yours to enjoy without any roommates,
- flexible and fair rental terms – depending on the number of days you use per month – at an all-inclusive price (electricity, water, internet),
- (partially) furnished, which allows for immediate move-in – meaning the essentials are already there: bed, sofa, kitchen, washing machine, internet – but also leaves plenty of room for personalization
- a pleasant, trusting, and reliable community with currently two fellow members (f, 52, DE / m, 45, FR),
- an inspiring, vibrant environment in the heart of Kreuzkölln, very well connected to the U7 and U8 subway lines
- earliest start date from December 2025 or January 2026
