I am away for three months and would love to rent out my beautiful apartment while I am gone. You need to be a nice person, clean, non-smoker (or outside smoker), respectful etc.. all those key words :)
And you will need to occasionally water some plants.
2.February - 30. April
The 2 room apartment is on the top floor with tons of light. It has just been renovated and is fully kitted out. Concrete floors, beautiful kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, great workspace if you work from home. Flat screen, queen size bed etc.
Brand new kitchen / living space on one side and working / sleeping on the other.
All mod-coms are there: Great induction stovetop, top of the line oven. Fridge with freezer, dishwasher etc. 500mb/s internet also available and designated workspace.
Although it is directly at Alexanderplatz, the apartment is still quiet and the location is magnifique.
