Looking for English Speakers to work with kids (Thüringen)

We are looking for native English speakers, or those with a native level of English, who are ALREADY LIVING IN GERMANY and looking for a job in 2026.
We work with German kids, teenagers and families in Thüringen (4hours south of Berlin) and in a village in Brandenburg near Berlin and we "teach" English through:
ADVENTURE, MUSIC, COOKING, OUTDOOR EXPERIENCES and CREATIVITY. Our international team is usually based in Berlin.
We are especially looking for musicians, artists, sporty people, outdoorsy people, people who enjoy cooking, and/or people who have worked with kids before. Any kind of creative background and a great love for nature is absolutely wanted and we look for those who are open minded with an environmental consciousness.
We are usually looking for native English speakers so that we can teach the kids the best possible English. If you are not a native English speaker, but you have excellent English and/ or you have spent a significant amount of time in an English speaking country, and you would like us to consider your application, you are welcome to apply. We would expect that you have at least C1 level English (of the Common European Framework) and can provide us with your certificate.
Please kindly refrain from applying however, if you do not live in Germany. You must also already have a valid visa to work in Germany available to send to us.
The job starts in March and we aim to have as much work for you between March and October as you like. We are usually very flexible, but love to have teams that can commit to the whole season.
